ORDERING

PRICE AND DELIVERY COSTS

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or offer the correct price. All prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs, which will be notified to you separately before you finalize your order.
AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

We aim to deliver goods within 30 days of order acceptance or on a specified date agreed upon. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, for which we are not liable. PAYMENT

RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing before the cancellation period expires. Upon cancellation, you will be reimbursed for payments made, excluding supplementary costs arising from non-standard delivery options and any diminished value of goods due to unnecessary handling.
REFUNDS POLICY
Following cancellation, we will refund the price paid for the cancelled order within 14 days after:
– You notify us of the cancellation before receiving the goods.
– We receive the returned goods.
– You provide proof of return for the goods.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel the contract under certain circumstances, such as insufficient stock or incorrect pricing. If we cancel your contract, you will be promptly refunded.
TITLE AND RISK
Ownership of goods transfers to you upon delivery, and you assume responsibility for their safety thereafter.
LIABILITY
